Penile Rehabilitation Program

1. Daily PDE5 Inhibitor Therapy (Cialis® 5 mg)

Many patients begin with a daily low-dose Cialis® (Tadalafil 5 mg), a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5 inhibitor). Unlike taking medication only before sexual activity, daily therapy helps maintain healthy blood flow to the penis throughout the day. It also addresses the underlying benign prostatic hypertrophy which is present in 52% in men with erectile dysfunction .

Potential benefits include:

Medication is prescribed only after a medical assessment to determine whether it is appropriate for you.

3. Priapus Shot® (P-Shot®)

Is a patented treatment for erectile dysfunction.

The Priapus Shot® uses Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood.

It penetrates up to 110mm compared to other machines that only penetrate 30 or 15mm.

If laboratory testing confirms low testosterone levels, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) may be recommended.

Hormone therapy is only prescribed after a complete medical evaluation and ongoing monitoring.

If other therapies do not produce satisfactory results, Triple Mix Injection Therapy may be recommended as an additional treatment option.

Triple Mix combines medications that are injected directly into the penis shortly before sexual activity to help produce an erection.

This option is generally reserved for men who require additional support after trying all regenerative treatment options.
