On the opposite end of the spectrum, New Creation can also help with removing tattoos that no longer express what you want. Your history doesn’t have to brand you in the future. Outdated techniques of removing tattoos, such as salt abrasion, Argon or CO2 lasers can leave scars behind – replacing one reminder of the past with another.

. Kelada-Sedra and her team offer revolutionary new tattoo removal technology to help you fade away unwanted ink with faster and more efficient results using the new Enlighten laser platform.

Enlighten uses picosecond duration pulses, the biggest advancement in laser technology in the past 20 years. Each pulse lasts only a trillionth of a second, delivering powerful energy to the ink while minimizing damage to the surrounding tissue. Ink particles are shattered into a fine mist, allowing your body’s immune system to process it out naturally. Picosecond lasers have been proven to remove tattoos faster and more effectively than traditional treatments.

Unlike some platforms, Enlighten can be safely used on any skin type. With dynamic fluence, spot size, and light frequencies, the treatment can be tailored to meet your specific needs. We can treat all of the most popular tattoo colors, including black, dark blue, red, brown, yellow, and orange.

Every tattoo is unique. The size, color, age, depth, placement, and many other factors will all be factored into your customized treatment plan. Most people need an average of 6 sessions, once every six weeks, to restore their skin to its natural tone.

At New Creation, we also use the Q-Switched laser to remove most tattoo inks with very low risk of scarring. It removes ink with the energy of light. Producing one specific wavelength at a time, the light passes into the skin and is absorbed by the ink. Rapid absorption of that light energy causes the ink to break into tiny particles which are then filtered out by the body’s natural systems. All the while, the Nd: YAG leaves surrounding skin unharmed.

On average, tattoos can be removed in four to eight treatments, all spaced approximately six to eight weeks apart. The number of treatments depends on the amount and type of ink used, as well as the depth of permeation. The average professional tattoo can be removed in six to eight treatments, while amateur ones usually require four to five sessions.

We are the Only centre in the Niagara Peninsula with this cutting edge technology.
